FAQ
Do I have to implement it myself?
No. For referrals and Level 1–2 partners Orakul does the implementation. From Level 3 you implement, and Orakul finishes any failed installation for free.
What about taxes?
All amounts exclude taxes of your jurisdiction. You calculate and pay them yourself — Orakul is not your tax agent.
When do I get paid?
Distributors buy the licence at net price and keep the margin immediately. Referrals are paid monthly, after a 14-day hold and the client’s installation, once the balance reaches $100. Bank and PayPal fees are on us.
What if the client comes to Orakul directly?
Priority: registered deal → coupon at purchase → click on your link (90 days). Register the deal before the client first contacts Orakul.
How long is a deal protected?
90 days from approval, +30 days for each confirmed activity (meeting, proposal, technical call), up to 180 days. Starting a pilot extends protection to the end of the pilot plus 30 days.
How do I move up a tier?
Immediately once you reach the quarterly quota: 3 units for Level 2, 6 units for Level 3. Team = 1 unit, Agency = 1.5 units. Exclusive requires a separate contract appendix.
Can I lose my tier?
Only by one step and only after a grace quarter: the first miss in 12 months does not lower your tier. We warn you 60 and 30 days before the quarter ends.
How do renewals work?
Updates and support are included for the first 12 months. After that it is $65 per month, and your share equals your tier percentage while the client stays assigned to you.
Can I sell below list price?
Publicly — not below list price minus 10%. In a private proposal — any price not below your net price. Bundles of licence + setup + training at one price are allowed.
What about the pilot?
The pilot is $400 for 30 days on Orakul servers, with no commission. If the client buys a licence within 30 days after the pilot, the $400 is credited to the client and your margin is calculated on the full list price.
What about LLM tokens and hosting?
The client pays providers directly: tokens ~$200/mo, a server from ~€6/mo. They are not part of the licence or your Orakul income — but you may charge for the setup.
Which currency, and how do I pay Orakul?
US dollars: top up your account balance by SWIFT or PayPal, from $500. Funds never expire.
